Intentions: 

This tincture is like my secret weapon in keeping it cool calm & collected. For those who tend to overthink and hold a lot of mental stress (which also tends to be held in the gut) this blend brings rest & peace to the mind. Named "Fluxx" for those transitionary periods of life where change is rapid & requiring flow while in flux. Fluxx promotes deep nourishment, comfort, & nervous system support. Helps to bring more flow & balance to life. Encourages deep breathing & support through emotions like stress, grief, anger & anxiety. Promotes energetic protection and calmness for mental clarity. 

Suggested Uses: 

Take 2 dropper fulls before bed or in the evening. For high anxiety take 1-2 dropper fulls during the day as needed. May cause drowsiness. Squeeze the dropper bulb to draw liquid into the tube, release it into a small glass of water or directly under your tongue. For higher anxiety & stress it can be used throughout the day.
